Pharmacist

Description

Our Client is currently seeking for an experienced and registered Pharmacist to join their team.

• Dispensing prescription medications and providing valuable medication counseling to patients.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient use of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Overseeing inventory and medication stock control.
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a registered Pharmacist.
• Registration with the HPCNa.
• Preferably, experience with Unislove or a similar pharmaceutical system.
• Possession of relevant accredited pharmacy qualifications.
