We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Telesales person to join our client's team, a leading supplier to the meat processing and food industry in Namibia; if you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow your career in the industry, we want to hear from you!


  • Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers or leads to introduce products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches to match those needs.
  • Objection Handling: Addressing customer objections and concerns persuasively to overcome resistance and close sales.
  • Closing Deals: Actively working to persuade customers to make a purchase or commit to a service, and successfully closing sales transactions.
  • Follow-Up: Following up with customers who showed interest but did not make an immediate purchase, maintaining a relationship to encourage future sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the companys database or CRM system.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing post-sales inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to enhance overall sales strategies and customer experiences.
  • Compliance: Adhering to legal and ethical standards, including telemarketing regulations and customer privacy policies.


  • Grade 12 Matric.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or any relevant field would be an added advantage.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must have knowledge of Pastel.
  • Previous experience in Invoicing and Capturing of stock on a system will be an added advantage.
