Job Description

Main Purpose of Internship

Under supervision, to support the People & Purpose (HR) Team in delivery of their mandate and strategy in Namibia. To apply theoretical knowledge in practice, to learn and gain experience of HR practices within a structured and professional environment. The incumbent will be exposed to several HR Practices and initiatives.

Qualification

  • Currently in final year, or recently completed (2022) degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Management Qualification.
  • Minimum 65% grade average per year. Attach academic transcript and select the relevant percentage average pass in the screening questions.
