We are currently looking to assemble a dynamic team of Sales Activators/Promoters with vibrant personalities and a strong interest in the retail sector. As a Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are in search of individuals who excel at attracting new customers and possess outstanding communication and presentation skills. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with people, this position is an ideal fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Present and provide comprehensive information about various products/services across different brands and clients to potential customers.
- Cultivate a positive perception of the products/services and encourage consumers to explore and use them.
- Utilize various tools, including lectures, videos, charts, and digital presentations, to effectively convey product information.
- Identify customer interests and comprehend their needs and preferences.
- Set up booths or promotional stands, ensuring that products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Compile relevant information from demonstrations, including interest levels, questions asked, and the number of samples/flyers distributed.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to uncover new sales opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
- A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a promoter or in a similar retail environment.
- English and Afrikaans proficient. (Additional languages will be an advantage)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- A demonstrated track record of successful promotions.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to establish quick rapport.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, naturally skilled at engaging and connecting with others.
- Strong memorization skills to effectively convey product knowledge and details.
- Willingness to attend sales and promotion training sessions.
