Our client, a prominent logistics and supply chain company, has achieved remarkable growth and now seeks a highly capable Logistics Coordinator.
- Collection and Delivery Quality and Productivity
- Line Haul Departures and Arrivals
- Maintenance of Fleet
- Vehicle performance with regards to operational efficiencies, Driver Performance, Fuel Consumption, Drivecam Evaluation
- Route Analysis (Local and Cross Border)
- Monitor delivery success ratios
- PDA usage compliance
- Analysis of Vehicle Inspection Report
- Collection report KPI Analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
- A tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain would be advantageous
- Extensive experience in cross-border freight clearing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the transport industry, with at least 1 year in an operations management position
- Proficient in loading and off-loading break bulk goods on vehicles ranging from 1 ton to interlinks
- Strong materials handling skills, including forklift operation, tie-down procedures, and Hazchem operations
- Proven track record in staff management with a comprehensive understanding of HR/IR functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong report-writing skills
