Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Okahandja within the warehouse industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, focusing on tasks such as stock management, administrative duties, and maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety regulations.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities:

  • Capturing stock movement data, including in and out loads, and reconciling driver accounts.
  • Processing proof of delivery on the system, including electronic files and manual document filing.
  • Handling purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Managing goods receiving notes for orders.
  • Updating purchase order and product return trackers.
  • Reconciling accounts and processing reports.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular stock counts.
  • Weekly fuel account reconciliation and maintaining an accurate audit trail of all documentation.
  • Processing cross-border loads.
  • Demonstrating a full understanding of incident/accident procedures and related documentation.
  • Attending all safety meetings and adhering to health and safety regulations and the SHE Policy.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties related to logistics admin.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or any equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience in cashier, settlement, debtors, finance, or data capture roles in an FMCG environment is an added advantage.
  • Customs clearance knowledge is beneficial.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Knowledge of SYSPRO/IBIS is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Residence of Okahandja
