Job Description

Provide effective and efficient administrative support in the management of human, financial and material resources, compilation and monitoring of the divisional budget and expenditure, perform administrative duties such as handling correspondence, assist with writing reports and submissions, provide support for the customer care functions of the Health & Environment Services Division.

Key Performance Areas

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Customer Support and Reception.
  • Provide administrative support and secretarial services to the Manager: Health & Environment Services.
  • Administers, monitors and control the budget and assets of the Division.
  • Provide administration and management support to all Sections of the Division.

Skills, Experience & Education

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

National Diploma in Business Administration.


REQUIRED SPECIALIZATION:

National Diploma in Business/Public Administration.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

A minimum period of three (3) years job related experience.


LEGAL REQUIREMENT:

Code B/BE drivers license.


KNOWLEGDE :

Administration, Records Management and Customer Service.


SKILLS:

Problem Solving, Computer Literacy, Minutes taking, Writing, Analytical, Time Management and proactiveness.
