To render receptionist duties and provide customer services support to the general public and City employees at the Reception Desk of the Emergency & Disaster Risk Management Division.

- Perform receptionist duties.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Provide Support Services to the Manager: Emergency and Disaster Risk Management Division.
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Certificate in Office Administration or Business Administration or Secretarial Duties.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum period of one (1) year job related experience.
PRE-APPOINTMENT TRANING AS ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Receptionist training,
KNOWLEGDE:
Switchboard operating.
SKILLS:
Computer literacy, customer care, planning, communication and telephone etiquette.
