Primary role is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the construction projects. Analyze social and gender dynamics, develop inclusive policies, and ensure compliance with equity goals.

Requirements

1. Namibian Citizen
2. BA in Sociology or equivalent
3. Minimum 7 years experience
4. Experience in large infrastructure projects
5. Experience in donor funded projects will be an added advantage
6. Experience in the following aspects: Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), Sexual Harassment (SH), Gender-based violence, Violence Against Children (VAC); grievance mechanism community and stakeholder consultations.
