Job Description
Responsible for the administrative assistance for the OD & HRD division relating to, but not limited, private study scheme, performance management system, internship programme and divisional projects.
Key Performance Areas
- Administer Private Study Scheme.
- Provide administrative support pertaining to Performance Management System.
- Administer Internship Programme.
- Administer support for OD initiatives and projects;
- Administrative support for Training.
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Grade 12 Certificate passed (20 points / 5 subjects with a D- symbol in the English/STD 10.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum period one (1) year job related experience.
KNOWLEGDE:
Office administration, knowledge of Bursary Scheme Administration.
SKILLS:
Administration, Interpersonal relations; numerical skills; computer and written skills.
