Qualifications
Application requirements:
- Must be a Namibian citizen.
- A provisional acceptance letter from an accredited Tertiary Institution (the successful candidates must comply with the entry requirements of the University offering the programmes above).
- The accredited institution must offer the academic learning in line with STCW requirements.
- Current First and Second year students are encouraged to apply.

Preference will be given to Namibian citizens and designated persons as prescribed by the Namibian Affirmative Action Act. Women are encouraged to apply.
