Responsible for implementing a wide range of programmes to deliver the employee Culture and engagement strategy and drive positive employee experience at every stage of the employee life cycle.

STAFF ENGAGEMENT
- Take a lead in driving corporate culture by instilling the companys mission and vision and corporate values through communication and engagement among the employees,
- Collaborate with the Manager to design and drive delivery of engagement events and activities within the company
- Organize, implement and coordinate employee surveys, engagement programs and take initiatives to ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company
- Gather input and feedback from various stakeholders to assess the viability, interest in, and impact of potential programs
- Arrange and coordinate all company engagement interventions such as teambuilding, and Management strategic sessions,and/ or collaborate with event coordinators and suppliers for collaboration and resources.
- Be a trusted partner for employees and management, and play a key role in building solid relationships at all levels
- Consult, design, and deliver comprehensive culture and employee engagement workforce solutions.
- Perform engagement-related administrative tasks and record keeping of all sessions.
- Maintain the Mindset Database for accuracy by ensuring that the structures are updated regularly.
- Liaise with managers to ensure they understand their dashboards and track their progress against action plans.
- Provide feedback or ratings for managers progress to OD at the end of every performance cycle.
- Manage the associated Culture and Engagement budget ensuring activities remain within set parameters
CULTURE TRANSFORMATION
- Drive a positive working environment and promote the organizations brand image as employer of choice among the internal employees.
- Ensure that Engagement and Culture policies, programs, and services are effectively understood and implemented across the organization.
- Conduct or arrange regular awareness workshops on MTC Culture expectations, including induction workshops to all new employees.
- Research and benchmark best practice culture transformation efforts and success stories and provide recommendations on improvements
- Work closely with other heads of departments to address issues affecting the whole company or specific areas so that improvement areas can be addressed.
- Act as Chairperson of the Culture Committee to allowing cross functional input from various departments on improvements to workplace culture.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Support the project owners to develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives as per best practice methodologies.
- Identify potential impacts and anticipating resistance to change from staff as a result of projects or changes within MTC, and
- Collaborate with Change Advisory Boards and Internal Communications to support the design, development and delivery of communications affecting staff.
- Create materials to support internal communication channels for employee engagement and information sharing
Requirements
MANDATORY PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in a Human Resources or related field 3 4 years
- Any HR certification in relevant field will be added
- Experience in a comparable role, with a solid understanding of employee engagement strategies and change 4 years
- Experience in arranging and delivering large scale employee engagement events such as team buildings 4 years
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
