5. Surveyors: Topographical ( Minimum 10 years experience )
6. Quantity Surveyors ( Minimum 10 years experience )
7. Concrete Foremen ( Minimum 15 years experience )
8. Earthworks Foremen ( Minimum 15 years experience )
9. Pipeline Foremen ( Minimum 15 years experience ) - Oshakati & Rundu
10. Foremen- Pipe Laying ( Minimum 15 years experience ) - Only in Ohangwena
11. Materials Quality Control Officers ( Minimum 15 years experience )

Requirements

1. Namibian Citizen
2. Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English and Mathematics
3. Electronic Engineers (Telemetry Scada) - BSc. /Diploma Electronic Eng.
4. Mechanical Engineers - BSc. /Diploma Mechanical Eng.
5. Water Treatment Process Engineers - BSc. in Civil/Hydraulic/Chemical/ Water Supply Engineering.
6. Social And Gender Experts - BA in Sociology, Social sciences or equivalent experience in large infrastructure projects. Experience in Namibia is essential and experience in donor funded projects will be an added advantage and demonstrate prior experience in the following aspects: Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), Sexual Harassment (SH), Gender-based violence, Violence Against Children (VAC); grievance mechanism community and stakeholder consultations.
7. Surveyors: Topographical - BSc. /Diploma Surveying.
8. Quantity Surveyors - BSc. /Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
9. Concrete Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
10. Earthworks Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
11. Pipeline Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
12. Foremen- Pipe Laying - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
13. Materials Quality Control Officers - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent
14. Positions are based in Ohangwena, Oshakati and Rundu.
