QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / IT
• Agile (SAFe) and other relevant certifications
• Project Management Certification advantageous
• SAFe for Product Owner certification advantageous

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum

• Ten (10) years experience in DevOps and Agile
• Exposure to specific domain in Banking/Information Technology.
• Good understanding of interaction between the business and technical aspects of the products.
• Knowledge of processes and business practices (Business acumen)
