Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in direct sales activities at designated locations.
  • Promote and sell funeral insurance policies to potential clients face-to-face.
  • Utilize your sales experience and marketing skills to attract and educate customers about the benefits of funeral policies.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within your designated area.
  • Understand the unique needs of each customer and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to maximize commission earnings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with client.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based and field sales environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage sales activities effectively.
  • Competent with numbers and strong numeracy skills for pricing and calculations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns on-site.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate and compliant policy documentation.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to succeed in a competitive sales setting
  • Persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Must have a smartphone for communication and data management on the go
