They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Executive / New Business Development position. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, this role is ideal for a motivated and proactive individual seeking long-term prospects within a rewarding entrepreneurial environment.   • Determining the needs of the market.
  • Source and acquire new clients, focusing on local and cross-border freight distribution.
  • Conduct research, cold calling, and utilize existing networks for sales calls.
  • Cross-sell Supply Chain services to transportation clients.
  • Maintain client relationships, and provide solutions and technical assistance.
  • Develop sales strategy, negotiate contracts, and monitor payment entry.
  • Monitor industry competitors and manage customer service agreements.
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Implement corrective actions and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure that Business Unit adheres to prescribed Regulatory Stipulations such as OHS, Safety and Security, policies, and procedure.


  1. Tertiary Qualification.
  2. 3-5 years experience in a KAM function.
  3. Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  4. Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services.
  5. Applicant must have a valid driver's license (BE).
