Requirements

1. Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English and Mathematics.
2. Contractor's Contract Managers - BSc. Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
3. Contractor's Representatives - BSc. Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
4. Electrical Engineers - BSc. /Diploma Electrical Eng.
5. Electronic Engineers (Telemetry Scada) - BSc. /Diploma Electronic Eng.
6. Mechanical Engineers - BSc. /Diploma Mechanical Eng.
7. Water Treatment Process Engineers - BSc. in Civil/Hydraulic/Chemical/ Water Supply Engineering.
8. Social And Gender Experts - BA in Sociology, Social sciences or equivalent experience in large infrastructure projects. Experience in Namibia is essential and experience in donor funded projects will be an added advantage and demonstrate prior experience in the following aspects: Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), Sexual Harassment (SH), Gender-based violence, Violence Against Children (VAC); grievance mechanism community and stakeholder consultations.
9. Surveyors: Topographical - BSc. /Diploma Surveying.
10. Quantity Surveyors - BSc. /Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
11. Concrete Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
12. Earthworks Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
13. Pipeline Foremen - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
14. Foremen- Mechanical and Electrical - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
15. Foremen- Pipe Laying - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent.
16. Site Agents - BSc. /Diploma Civil Eng or equivalent.
17. Health And Safety Officers - BSc. /Diploma Occupational Health and Safety Experience in Donor funded projects will be an added advantage and demonstrate prior experience in the following aspects: labor relations management; community and occupational health and safety; grievance mechanism.
18. Environmental Officers - BSc. in Environmental Science or equivalent. Experience in large infrastructure projects and to demonstrate prior experience in the following aspects: pollution (noise, dust, vibrations and resources) control; labor management; community and occupational health and safety; grievance mechanism; destruction of archaeological materials and artefacts and biodiversity loss. Experience in Namibia is essential.
19. Materials Quality Control Officers - Trade Diploma/Certificate or Equivalent
20. Positions are based in Ohangwena, Oshakati and Rundu.
