PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


 Maintain the exterior and interior buildings and premises of Hangana Seafood by executing all carpentry and painting
 duties and
 assisting with all plumbing functions.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE

<ul>
 <li>
 Grade 12.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years construction/ carpentry &amp; painting experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Code BE Drivers License.
 </li>
</ul>
 

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

<ul>
 <li>
 Execute basic repairs and maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform preventative maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute general construction work bricklaying, concrete works etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Paint interior and exterior building as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist plumber in all plumbing activities.
 </li>
