CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A strong, dynamic individual capable of leading the Sales team
A strong communicator (oral and written)
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with customers and OEMs
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor Finance team (Debtors, Creditors, Warranties & Admin)
Monitor systems and procedures across all departments.
Compilation of monthly management accounts
Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements (NAMRA.COW, SS, EEC.)
Compilation of all relevant financial & non-financial management information
VAT, Provisional and Income TAX calculations and returns.
Supervise the completion of both internal and external audits.
Manage the relationship with banks and other financiers.
A passion to get stuck into all areas of the business.
Management of the Dealer Management System CRM process
Requirements
B. Comm (Honours) degree
At least 3 years work experience
Experience in the Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture, FMCG or Tourism industry will be a distinct advantage.
