To own, lead, direct and implement the organisational Breakthrough Strategy and operational plan for the Strand Hotel Swakopmund including, contributing to the , unforgettable, unique, exclusive and value-driven guest experiences. Key priority areas will be financial performance along with sales and revenue generation with a focus on support for food and beverage and rooms division.
Key Deliverables
Strategy Formulation, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling
Ensure the attainment of the breakthrough EBIT targets for SHS by end of each Financial Year, including meeting other key performance indicators as detailed in the Strategic Plan.
Operationalise the Brand
Guest Experience and Quality Management
Operational Efficiencies and Management
Maintain compliance with risk management and operational controls standards.
