PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To offer transport services to internal and external customers in a friendly, safe, and prompt manner.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Grade 10
- Valid drivers Licence Code 08 for small vehicles
- Valid drivers Licence Code 10 for public transport
- Valid First Aid Certificate will be an advantage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Carry out transport requests as directed by management.
- Always obey traffic rules and regulations.
- Reports all accidents and incidents within 24 hours to management.
- Ensure that the fleet is always neat and tidy.
- Perform safety checks on vehicle before departure.
- Always maintain and keep the vehicle logbooks up to date.
- Assist customers with loading their luggage in and out of vehicles.
- Responds to guest request promptly.
- Perform any general additional tasks as and when the need may arise.
- Report all technical faults to supervisor.
