PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Supervise and control various aspects of the production process to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment, reach optimal productivity levels and meet set targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a white fish processing environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, organize and control the production process in such a way that optimal results can be achieved.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications throughout the entire production process.
- Control usage of consumables and packaging materials.
- Report on line efficiencies and yields.
