Description

The Recruitment and HR Support role is a dynamic position that involves providing comprehensive support to both the recruitment and human resources functions within the organization. This role plays a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates, as well as assisting with various HR administrative tasks. The Recruitment and HR Support contributes to the smooth functioning of the recruitment process and provides overall assistance to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback on candidates and assist in making hiring decisions.
  • Support the drafting and issuing of offer letters and employment contracts.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Process HR-related paperwork, such as employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate and track employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits administration.
  • Help maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
  • Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering additional information.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview details.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment and HR processes.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide necessary information about the organization and the recruitment process.
  • Support internal communication efforts related to HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment and HR records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR support roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals.
