Direct and oversee all aspects of the organization's culinary and beverage operations. Responsible for planning and execution of service operations at highest standards in all restaurants, outlets, and kitchens. Role will further demonstrate leadership, creativity, integrity and consistency in performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA: Culinary Arts and\or Food & Beverage Management
  • 8 years F&B and Kitchen Management Experience in a multiple outlet operation
  • Working experience in a 4 or 5 star kitchen brigade

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Develop and Maintain Food and Beverage and Culinary strategic and financial goals
  • Drive all the Food and Beverage Efficiency and performance ratios in line with international benchmark levels
  • Drive inimitable customer and guests experience (get all our outlets to number 1 on review platforms)
  • Manage operational efficiencies
  • Develop profitable menu items with a cost balancing system.
  • Assist in menu engineering in line with concept and culinary programs
  • Streamline and maintain procurement value chain.
  • Drive the Food and Beverage Prime Cost
  • Launches and deploys marketing initiatives in the local area in order to increase revenue.
  • Maintain and inspect food facilities to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Manage, train, mentor and develop the food and beverage leadership teams (Outlet managers, head chefs, and Assistant Managers and supervisors)
