Responsibilities:
- Utilize your sales experience to engage in direct sales activities with potential customers passing by designated locations.
- Effectively present and promote funeral policies to prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish trust and credibility.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to funeral policies.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Working Conditions:
- As a Funeral Policy Sales Representative, you will work as a field agent, engaging in direct sales activities.
- You will be provided with a designated location, stall, and marketing materials.
- The work schedule for this position is from Monday to Saturday.
- Strictly commission-based, no basic salary
