- This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client's company financial operations while also managing the day-to-day administrative functions of their office.
- Perform a wide range of accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and other related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Oversee office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (especially QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Duration and Compensation:This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3 to 6 months.
