Description
- Assist with the management & maintenance of Macmobile system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with branch managers and Supervisors on service delivery schedules.
- Prepare and generate reports related to Macmobile system.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Compile and handle weekly & monthly time sheets summaries and invoice summaries.
- Coordinate with wages department to ensure accurate and correct wage advises.
- Coordinate with finance department to ensure accurate and correct invoices.
- Assist with management of Windhoek based supervisors and merchandisers.
- Ensure staff files and system is up to date.
Requirements
- Matric (6 subjects) Passed
- Excel certified (Proof)
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently
