Description

  • Assist with the management & maintenance of Macmobile system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and Supervisors on service delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to Macmobile system.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Compile and handle weekly & monthly time sheets summaries and invoice summaries.
  • Coordinate with wages department to ensure accurate and correct wage advises.
  • Coordinate with finance department to ensure accurate and correct invoices.
  • Assist with management of Windhoek based supervisors and merchandisers.
  • Ensure staff files and system is up to date.

Requirements

  • Matric (6 subjects) Passed
  • Excel certified (Proof)
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
