PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

This position is responsible to implement best practices to attract, source, and select top talent and capability that will "Create a Future, and Enhance Life" within the O&L Group.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in human resources and/or Industrial Psychology.
  • 6 years experience as a Talent Specialist or Specialist in Talent Sourcing & acquisition .
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an advantage.
  • LinkedIn & other Social Media recruiter experience will be an advantage.
  • Valid Code 08 drivers licence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute Talent Strategy and Leading Practices

  • Execute the O&L Talent Strategy and identify talent gaps and shortcomings within all industries that O&L operates in.
  • Propose and implement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Gather and analyse talent data to influence decision making and innovate best practices.
  • Manage resourcing and talent processes, ensuring it is fit for purpose to deliver required outcomes.

Talent Acquisition, Sourcing and Selection

  • Assist OpCos to identify skills and capability needs to deliver current and future job requirements.
  • Assess the overall current and future resource and talent levels within teams/areas of focus.
  • Test the external market to ascertain levels of available talent, identify talent requirements and effective methods of sourcing (social and professional media, search, press etc.) these.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition advertising, brand management, attraction, and Group Vacancy Management.

Onboarding

  • Continuously innovate and improve the O&L on-boarding process to create inspiring employment experiences.
  • Support, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate, manage and advise on processes and programmes required for exposure to organizational culture.

Emerging Talent

  • Identify Opco's Emerging Talent needs in collaboration with the Opco Human Capital Manager.
  • Advertise, source, and select suitable top talent to address current and future talent needs and shortcomings through the selection of a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct regular check in sessions with the Emerging Talent candidates and their Line Managers to establish any development or support needs.

Talent Systems

  • Act as the O&L Group super-user of SAP SuccessFactors. .
  • Train company nominated super users and administrators to effectively use the Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules in the system.
  • Responsible to maintain the quality and accuracy of master data within SAP SF.

Build Talent Acquisition Capability

  • Transfer skills through coaching and build capability of Talent Practitioners and Managers to implement the talent strategy effectively.
  • Conduct annual Talent Masterclasses on talent acquisition procedures and best practices.
  • Work with practitioners, managers, and colleagues to use succession plan data for filling key positions.
  • Ensure all internal and external interviewers and assessors are competent and fully trained in the chosen approach and in diversity and equality practices.
