Accountable for all monies held in Treasury for the centre. To verify all monies received from the Clusters and Coin Masters. Accountable for keys and combinations under custodians control. All tallies, slips and interteller signed spreadsheets to be held with the summary at end of shift. To avoid a build up of coin to be cleared to treasury by the coin master, more than one pick up needs to take place. In the event of any bins, tins or bags been held over in the vault, all details need to be recorded and signed for by the custodians on box sheets. All items need to be sealed. Accountable for upholding "Zero Tolerance" Policy. Accountable for ensuring that the equipment used in the discharge of duties is cleaned as per instructions held and any breakdowns are reported immediately. To ensure that coin and note holdings are recorded separately in the treasury book. Accountable for fit and unfit notes run by the ATM Recycling official and to ensure all monies balance. To ensure that all fit notes are kept separately in treasury. Accountable for housekeeping within the treasury vault. Responsible for ensuring that Treasury authorised limits are not exceeded.
