Our client, a reputable funeral policy provider, is currently seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join their team as Funeral Policy Sales Representatives. As a Field Agent, you will have the opportunity to engage with potential customers directly, offering them our client's comprehensive funeral policies. This position is commission-based and requires candidates with a matric qualification and experience in a similar sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers at designated locations to promote and sell funeral policies.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and provide tailored policy options.
  • Present policy features and benefits clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Guide customers through the application process and ensure a smooth sales experience.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Matric (High School) qualification.
  • Proven experience in commission-based sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and compassion when dealing with customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Resilient with a positive attitude, even in challenging sales situations.
  • Must have a mobile phone.
