As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates who align with our values and objectives. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be instrumental in building a dynamic and diverse workforce that drives our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and engaging with passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice.
Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
The Requirements:
- Mature individual ideally experience in Management.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within Recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
