Description

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    1.1) Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and post job advertisements.
    1.2) Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
    1.3) Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
    1.4) Ensure all pre-employment requirements are fulfilled, such as background checks and drug screenings.

  2. Employee Relations:

    2.1) Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.
    2.2) Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
    2.3) Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions in response to employee issues or misconduct.
    2.4) Collaborate with managers to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.

  3. Performance Management:

    3.1) Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
    3.2) Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance-related matters.
    3.3) Assist in conducting performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions, as necessary.
    3.4) Maintain accurate performance records and reports.

  4. HR Administration:

    4.1) Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, contracts, and databases.
    4.2) Generate HR reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making purposes.
    4.3) Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    4.4) Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
    4.5) Stay current on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR operations and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
