- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Business Management Diploma
- Experience - 1 to 3 years relevant experience specializing in vendor management and business analysis

- In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Administer new contracts, pricing and reviews
- Resolve Vendor disputes and operational issues
- Assist Sourcing Team Leader to source suppliers in line with Group standards
- Engage with vendors to ensure that the most cost-effective benefits are derived for the bank and maintained in line with SLAs
- Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources
