PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To manage and control security services, control land and building maintenance services and allocate/monitor the work of contracted employees as per the service level agreements as well as to ensure the effective delivery of building maintenance, security, and loss control services for all NBL facilities country wide.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Diploma in Security Managementor a related field with 5-6 years operational experience in Security and Building Maintenance Management
  • N6 Technical Diploma in Building Maintenance or related will be an added advantage
  • 3 Years emergency response management experience

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for security and loss prevention effectiveness
  • Perform risk assessments and develop action plans
  • Manage and control land and building maintenance services
  • Develop, implement and drive objectives for security and facility projects
  • Manage the costs of several cost centres
  • Provide input in the compiling of tender documents related to security, access control, electronic security systems as well as land and buildings
  • Establish and maintain systems to improve controls and to maintain security services
  • Perform all administrative duties related to the job
  • People and contract management
