Sales And Marketing Manager (Human Foods)

Description

Responsible for taking the lead in handling human foods sales and marketing operations ensuring the generation of leads, and managing key accounts including monitoring various competitors' activities. Ensure to grow the popularity of the human foods products brand within designated trade channels.

• Manage and supervise activities performed by assigned teams to comprise territorial Sales Representatives, Bakery Specialists, Order Capturing Supervisors, Depot Sales staff, and the Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance business growth.
• Ensure to maximize the potential of an assigned sales team, establish plans and justify to assigned superiors i.e. General Manager and Managing Director.
• Aim to expand the customer base of various human foods products ensuring its strong brand presence on the market and that sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
• Search for new products and markets to broaden the human foods product offering.

Requirements

1. Grade 12 certificate.
2. Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing.
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
4. Certified sales professional ZIM membership is a must.
5. Proven sales and management experience in the FCMG industry is advantageous.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including exceptional customer service skills.
