Description
- System monitoring.
- Be able to recommend improvements/enhancements.
- Investigate technical incidents.
- Support customer testing.
- Installation of software packages.
- Identification and resolution management of repeat incidents.
- Management of Incidents.
- Escalation of errors to the S.A. team.
- Conduct training sessions on products.
- Able to lead and attend meetings with customers.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems.
- Produce monthly Incident reports for customers.
- Attend monthly customer update meetings.
- Test Management for new releases.
- Management of Pilot take-on.
Requirements
- Strong SQL knowledge (3+ years experience)
- Must have knowledge of C#
- Manage task prioritisation
- Understand file layouts flat files, XML
- Experience working on Virtual Machines
- Be self-driven
- Must have a valid code B diverse license and own transport
- Must be available after hours for support if required on planned or short notice.
- Must be able to work with customers
