Description

  1. System monitoring.
  2. Be able to recommend improvements/enhancements.
  3. Investigate technical incidents.
  4. Support customer testing.
  5. Installation of software packages.
  6. Identification and resolution management of repeat incidents.
  7. Management of Incidents.
  8. Escalation of errors to the S.A. team.
  9. Conduct training sessions on products.
  10. Able to lead and attend meetings with customers.
  11. Perform root cause analysis of problems.
  12. Produce monthly Incident reports for customers.
  13. Attend monthly customer update meetings.
  14. Test Management for new releases.
  15. Management of Pilot take-on.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL knowledge (3+ years experience)
  • Must have knowledge of C#
  • Manage task prioritisation
  • Understand file layouts flat files, XML
  • Experience working on Virtual Machines
  • Be self-driven
  • Must have a valid code B diverse license and own transport
  • Must be available after hours for support if required on planned or short notice.
  • Must be able to work with customers
