Position summary

Introduction

The Feature Analyst is accountable for and owns the process of guiding the clarification of the business requirements through collaboration with key stakeholders such as Agile teams and Product Owners, and they have broad end-to-end understanding of an Epic, its features and the value it delivers. They are also involved a technical level of implementation.

Minimum requirements

Experience/Knowledge & Skills

• 3 - 4 years' Business Analysis and Design
• 3 - 4 years' IT Business Support experience
• 3 years' Banking experience
• Experience with software development requirements gathering, documentation and management
• Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
• Understanding of the impact of features across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Have the relevant technical and business skills to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
• Good understanding and experience of IT terminology and processes
• Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into technical requirements
• Understanding business needs and be able to analyze requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an advantage
• SAFe certification will be an advantage
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team will be an added advantage (Postilion, etc.)
