 We are looking for a competent and experienced professional who will be responsible for managing the following tasks:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Tracking of customers deliveries against trip sheet + Directs against Additional Shipment sheet live
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitoring driver behavior live
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitoring of Driving time for long distance (4 Hours) live
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Night out reviews
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Shift handover with ETA of arrival at plant
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintaining tracking portals
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitoring of WhatsApp groups
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Address/Escalate Drivers on driver behaviour reports.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Attend to Sales/Customer Queries
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Attend to driver queries
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Liaise with Warehouse + Distribution of arranging trucks on their way to load
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Tracking TAT of second loads in yard
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Tracking of departure times of trucks
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Requirements
</h2>

 <ul>
 <li>
 Grade 12 certificate
 </li>
 <li>
 Post-school qualification in Transport/Logistics will be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience on FMCG industry will be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in similar roles
 </li>
 </ul>
