LOCATION: Mokuti Etosha

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 2


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To assist with the preparation and cleaning of the pool bar and restaurant outlet in line with set standards and procedures.



QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Grade 12
  • 1 years work experience as a barman/bartender or bar hand/assistant
  • Experience in Hospitality/Leisure industry will be an added advantage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepare mise-en-place and sets up bar equipment per established standards.
  • Clean all glassware, furniture, crockery, cutlery, designated areas, kitchen, storerooms etc.
  • Transport supplies to bar set-up area and restaurant when required.
  • Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in the designated area to be cleaned.
  • Conduct daily stock takes and ensure par levels are met.
  • Ensure all bar equipment & outlets are clean and ready for use.
  • Assist the F&B department in all relevant duties as might be required.
  • Own and Live the O&L persona, anchored in caring, passionate, authentic.
  • Provide personalized guest service and ensures an ever-lasting bond is created with guests.
