Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager our client in the Retail Industry (Building Supplies).

Important Skills (Proof of skills is essential) Proven track record of the following:

  • Performance Management
  • Operation Management
  • Customer Relations Management
  • Finance (Cost/Expense) Management
  • Sales & Marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive service to all existing and new customers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with employees and address issues raised.
  • Maintain a system of timely and up-to-date submission and processing of documentation.
  • Apply sound financial management principles at all times.
  • Comply with all legal requirements and handle all legal matters relating to employees.
  • Plan and facilitate appropriate training for supervisors and workers when necessary.
  • Market and expand the business.

Requirements

  • Code B Driver's License
  • 5+ years of proven operational experience in the same industry (building supplies)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Non Smoker, with sober habits.
