 Purpose of Position


 To operate the tractors and equipment, collect and heap up manure in the paddocks, to load manure on trucks, prepare farmland, sow, weed, fertilise, cut and harvest crops.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCES:

<ul>
 <li>
 Grade 10
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years experience as a driver of tractors/trucks and agricultural machinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Code BE licence.
 </li>
</ul>
 

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

<ul>
 <li>
 Operate agricultural machinery as instructed to prepare the soil, plant, weed, fertilise and harvest the crops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transport seeds and fertilisers to different fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Transport harvested crops to Superfarm
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and transport seeds, fertilisers and harvested crops with outmost care
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and heap up manure in paddocks is effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Care and Maintenance of tractors and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Adherence to Health &amp; Safety procedure
 </li>
</ul>
