Requirements
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- HR or Business relevant studies (Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
- At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, ideally within an external, complex & high-volume recruitment environment.
- Passion for Recruitment & ability to build relationships with managers and candidates.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on every level.
- Proactive, highly efficient, and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills.
- Active Sourcing knowledge is key.
