Requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  1. HR or Business relevant studies (Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
  2. At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, ideally within an external, complex & high-volume recruitment environment.
  3. Passion for Recruitment & ability to build relationships with managers and candidates.
  4. Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on every level.
  5. Proactive, highly efficient, and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills.
  6. Active Sourcing knowledge is key.
