Head Therapist Job

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Provide operational and administrative support to Spa Manager, executes spa treatments and facilitates\co-ordinates therapist training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

• ITEC or CIDESCO qualification in beauty\massage therapy
• 2 years supervisory experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or premium spa
• Spa Operational Systems Knowledge
• Spa training facilitation and coordination experience
• Multi-cultural work experience
• Diverse range of therapy techniques
• Computer Literacy : MS Office, MICROS (will be an added advantage).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Expert in guest treatment and recommendation to guest needs.
• Continues training with all staff members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• To achieve target for treatments and retail.
• Regular stock takes.
• Maintain relationship with suppliers and trainers.
• Supervise Spa staff to understand departmental policies and procedures.
• Constant Training of staff on a weekly basis.
• Induction for new staff members.
• Conduct interviews with Spa Manager & HR.
• Familiarize with companies security protocols.
