PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Provide operational and administrative support to Spa Manager, executes spa treatments and facilitates\co-ordinates therapist training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- ITEC or CIDESCO qualification in beauty\massage therapy
- 2 years supervisory experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or premium spa
- Spa Operational Systems Knowledge
- Spa training facilitation and coordination experience
- Multi-cultural work experience
- Diverse range of therapy techniques
- Computer Literacy : MS Office, MICROS (will be an added advantage).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Expert in guest treatment and recommendation to guest needs.
- Continues training with all staff members to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
- To achieve target for treatments and retail.
- Regular stock takes.
- Maintain relationship with suppliers and trainers.
- Supervise Spa staff to understand departmental policies and procedures.
- Constant Training of staff on a weekly basis.
- Induction for new staff members.
- Conduct interviews with Spa Manager & HR.
- Familiarize with companies security protocols.
