KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS)
1.Routine Administration Responsible for effective and efficient execution and control of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Banks policies, procedures, rules and regulations
2.Service Delivery Provide excellent and timeous service to relevant internal stakeholders in order to optimize service delivery to external clients. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved
3.Operational Risk Responsible for effective and efficient execution/application of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Banks internal processes and procedures, operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk.

Minimum requirements
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
- Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration.

Qualifications
- Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics
- A certificate in a commercial field will be an added advantage.
