Specification
Key Accountabilities:
- 1. Acquisition of new clients and companies as per product line.
- 1. Cross-sell of all Letshegos products. Sells the subsidiarys products through
- digital channels.
- 2. Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing
- effective and professional service to existing and potential customers.
- 3. Assessment and recommendation of Home Loan applicants for fast and
- effective decision-making.
- 4. Assist Home Loan Champions in the Regions to service customers and
- achieve their targets and budgets.
- 5. Increase the Home Loan market penetration in all Namibian regions.
- 6. Implementation and sales execution of all new products and offerings as per
- sales execution plans.
- 7. Establish the Letshego Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- 1. Grade 12 (25 points) and a Diploma/Degree in Business/Banking related
- studies.
- 2. Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with
- knowledge of sales, credit/risk assessment skills.
- 3. Must be fully bilingual and fluency in other languages would be an added
- advantage.
- 4. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Office.
