Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries to ensure timescales and requirements are met; is in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services. The incumbents duties include planning and managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying trends and managing the brand.
The incumbent typically has experience in art direction and social media and is responsible for implementing channel solutions such as agency banking, cards, USSD and mobile banking portfolio to its customers and ensure continuous improvement and optimization of distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities:
- Working closely with Product Business Partner, project stakeholders across local
- industry & business, communities and other parties to establish strong working
- relationships.
- Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in
- accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and
- respond to stakeholder enquiries
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Letshego Bank Namibia
- community.
- Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with stakeholders
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales
- Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans, minute taking and production of reports
- Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database
- Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress
- Provide input into weekly/monthly reports for Head Marketing & Product.
- Attend required Stakeholder Engagement Working Group meetings/forums and expedite actions arising
- Implements channels strategy and channel mix in alignment with evolving customer need to address current, and future customer needs.
- Ensures that total customer interactions and sales within the country are initiated and managed through digital channels per budget.
- Drives improved customer experience, channel efficiency and effectiveness through a digital channel like Digital Mall to achieve depth and spread at the country level.
- Works with the Products Business Partner to define and execute a strategy for the core banking systems/platforms/networks that is cost-effective and improves speed to market new product delivery.
- Prepares monthly reports on the performance of digital channels.
- Promotes and manages channel partnerships to increase traffic within the various channels.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years successful experience in a product and customer services management environment
- Experience in a product management / product development role with a technology company
- Working and delivering results through various channels
- Driving strategic digital/mobile/online initiatives, digital transformation
- Ability to develop and communicate well structured proposals in country
- Ability to interact with management and optimize the business in country
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, within industry would be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and /or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Netinsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of advertising serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing and product campaigns onall major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
