PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To render support for the Group HRM System (SAP Success Factors) and act as subject matter specialist to ensure efficient and effective usage of the HRM system.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) year Degree in relevant Business area.
- Three (3) years experience within SAP Success Factors support or implementation environment.
- SAP Success Factors -Employee Central Certification.
- Integration experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement business requirements and maintain blueprints
- Analyze and streamline processes and implement process controls
- Responsible for managing quarterly release updates of the system
- Master data and process quality assurance.
- Keep up with System developments and identify industry / Operating Company best practice for implementation.
- Support of end Users across OpCos as per SLA.
- Manage projects according to the project charter.
- Facilitate ad-hoc process training to end-users; and develop and maintain training documentation.
