Salary: R16,000 R25,000 per month depending on experience

Lifetime Commission

We offer a guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table.


Gross/Total Sales Commission (not margin/profit only commission)


You'll benefit from 10% open and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, support, etc. If the customer continues to grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow too.


This ongoing commission is backed by contract and continues for the duration of the clients work with us, even if you leave us.

If you are an experienced Digital Business Consultant with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital marketing and creative technology sector and enjoy working in a demanding but rewarding environment then read on


THE ROLE - WHATS IT ABOUT


If you're a megastar with exceptional sales experience and managing a team of remote commission-only telesales agents generating qualified leads as well as doing your own cold calling to generate opportunities , then this is the role for you.


THE FINE PRINT

Mandatory Skills - 2 to 4 years experience in:

A proven track record selling IT products or digital solutions in a business-to-business environment, or a good solid track record in another sector

Clear demonstration of an interest in Digital Internet technologies

Customer service experience via email and telephone are essential

Experience in building a strong working relationship with key decision makers

The ability to up-sell, cross-sell, negotiate & close a deal

Proactive, dedicated and self motivated attitude

Able to converse clearly and concisely over the phone

Appears confident and assertive, but not aggressive in all internal/external dealings

Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that meet these needs across their organisation as a whole

Talented candidates who can get the best performance from their team of remote commission-only telesales

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills


A high level of proficiency in:


Selling a comprehensive range of web design and web development websites, to new clients, as well as sourcing and generating new business opportunities

Manage a team of telesales agents

Technical sales - dealing with a wide range of enquires and providing optimum solutions for individual requirements via telephone

Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer and provide the right solution

Providing feedback on customer trends and requirements

Input into the sales strategy

Account Management

Contributing to the ongoing recruitment of telesales agents (which most of the heavy lifting is done inhouse by another executive assistance team)
