THE ROLE - WHATS IT ABOUT


If you're a Recruitment Administrator, have exceptional organizational skills and have experience with ATS tracking tools, then we would like to meet you


If you are passionate about technology, constantly seeking to learn and improve your skillset, then you are the type of person we are looking for!


THE FINE PRINT

Mandatory Skills - 2 to 4 years experience in:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or any other related field
  • Minimum 3 years solid recruitment administration experience
  • Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
  • Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection


A high level of proficiency in:

  • Have solid administration and organizational skills
  • Organised, methodical in approach and able to follow processes for recruitment
  • Excellent understanding of what a good customer experience looks like, and the ability to give good customer service
  • Highly proficient on all Microsoft packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
  • Be highly reliable and be able to prioritise
  • A high attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
  • Be great with people over the phone
