Lifetime Commission

We offer a guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table.


Gross / Total Sale Commission (not margin/profit only commission)

Youll benefit from 10% open and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, support, etc. If the customer continues to grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow too.

This ongoing commission is backed by contract and continues for the duration of the clients work with us, even if you leave us.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital marketing and creative technology sector who enjoys working in a demanding but rewarding environment.

THE FINE PRINT


Mandatory Skills -


5yrs+ experience of working in a Digital Agency

Have a successful track record in business development

Comprehensive hands-on experience in Web Development and 2 years of coding

Business Analyst and Technical sales desired

Take an entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach

Be able to work autonomously and take accountability for your performance

Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience

Be keen and passionate about the digital industry

Proactive, dedicated and self motivated attitude

Be comfortable dealing with SME's at the board/owner level

Know what it means to be a genuine team player

Have a strong understanding of typical/core business processes

Have excellent written English

Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear and accurate, enhancing brand identity


A high level of proficiency in:


Deliver key revenue and expansion of your business unit.

Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network.

Partner with executives on client visits to add gravitas to conversations with senior stakeholders.

Playing a key role in recruiting and nurturing a team of talented individuals.

Lead management, seeking, qualifying and responding to leads

CRM, tracking wins and obtaining client feedback

Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral

Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace and their competitors to help shape the business strategy
